一．概述：

   钢带抛丸机是一种通过式全自动除锈设备。可用于碳钢带钢、不锈钢带钢、低合金带材进行高性能机械除锈、除鳞、表面清理，还可以和化学药剂相结合使用。通过除鳞清理后的表面光洁度质量优良。通过调节抛丸量，可持续保持很高的去锈除鳞效率，从而确保被处理带钢质量的均匀统一。

   带钢经开卷人工送至夹送带钢抛丸机上，穿过抛丸清理室，至收卷。利用高效悬壁离心式抛丸器将弹丸高速抛射到被清理工件表面上，对工件进行冲击刮削，以清除工件表面的铁锈、氧化皮及其它污物，然后利用钢丝刷、吸气管将工件表面的浮尘吸干净，从而达到提高钢带的抗腐蚀能力，抗疲劳性能，延长其使用寿命，优化钢带的表面工艺状态。本机既可单机使用，亦可组线使用。
